Vision Pro FAQ

How do I calculate the hire days I need for the vision pro?

Extremely straightforward. Your hire period is the number of days during which you require the Vision Pro in your possession (due to the fact that you will be using it or transporting it). There are no charges associated with the equipment being in transit. For instance, if you require the device from Friday to Monday, your hire period is four days, or from Friday to Monday; we will deliver the equipment to you on Thursday and collect it on Tuesday.

Can the rental period of the vision pro be extended?

It is possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to extend your rental period prior to its expiration; we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the device has not been reserved at that time, we will gladly prolong your rental period.

What happens if our courier fails to collect the device

If it is through no fault of our own, you will be required to pay a late return fee. This is 20% of the rack rental fee for the seven-day period, payable daily thereafter, from the date of apparatus return. It is important to note that late return fees can be avoided by extending the hire period.

Can the Vision Pro be returned early?

Yes. However, you will understand that we may have declined other customers due to your reserved equipment; therefore, barring exceptional circumstances, we are unable to issue a refund or credit for the unused portion of your hire period.

Am I able to make a hire for a time period that is not on the current schedule?

Yes, but with certain limitations. To start, we don't hire for shorter than a day period. Get a custom quote from us, and we'll let you know how much it will cost.

Is it possible to book a vision pro in advance?

Yes, you can. Orders can be placed up to a year in advance.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Yes, provided that the vision pro hasn't already been sent to you. There is no cancellation fee if you cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, provided that the rental start date is no more than 14 days from starting.

Can I rent more than one unit?

Yes!

Does renting more than one device entitle the user to a discount?

In general, no. There are certain exceptions though. Kindly ask for a personalised estimate.

Is there a deposit required?

In general, no. But we will perform a credit check, and in certain cases, we will ask for one.

We have faith in you to take good care of our gear. Please respect our trust so that we can continue to enforce this policy. We reserve the right to request a deposit if we are not convinced that a customer is authentic or if there are other reasons why the transaction appears unusual.

However, there are a few circumstances in which we will usually need a deposit.

Which payment options are accepted by you?

The majority of credit and debit cards, including American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit, and Electron, are accepted. NOT, however, Diners Club. Another option is to pay by BACS.

We reserve the right to stipulate the type of payment required.

When will payment be required?

Payment is required to confirm the rental.

How is the vision pro delivered?

In the great majority of cases. Our chosen courier service is an international one; they are highly dependable and provide one-hour delivery windows.

We provide several options for deliveries in the UK.

Please be aware that a signature from someone within the delivery address is required for every delivery.

When quickly can i get a vision pro?

Planning ahead is always advised, at least a few days in advance. In an emergency, we can deliver the same day!

What's included in my delivery?

Every vision pro that we ship out comes with all of the original accessories. Each device is completely charged and operational upon arrival. Calling us is the easiest way to get answers to any questions you may have about a particular item.

What constitutes vision pro damage?

We anticipate that you will treat our equipment with care, just like your own. Scratches on the glass, damage to the mounting, or any other component that compromises the functionality of the lens may be deemed damage.
